Business Development Executive



Responsibilities :

  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients

  • Create team synergy (Outdoor sales, Indoor sales)

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

  • Developing quotas and proposals

  • Connect with prospect through calls/events and responsible for end - to - end sales process

  • Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients

  • Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients

  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

  • Required language(s): English, Knowledge in Mandarin would be added advantage

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position

  • Required Skill(s):Individual with a strong passion for sales; self-motivated and self-directed; the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines; hardworking and eager to earn money through sales

  • Must possess with own transport & valid driving license

  • Convenience location – Closed to Public Transport (LRT & KTM Subang Jaya) 

  • Others benefit ; Commission, Car allowance and phone allowance 

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic salary – RM 2000 to RM 2500

  • On target Commission – RM 4000 per month

  • Petrol card- RM 300 per month
