Business Development Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities :
-
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
-
Create team synergy (Outdoor sales, Indoor sales)

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
-
Developing quotas and proposals
-
Connect with prospect through calls/events and responsible for end - to - end sales process
-
Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients
-
Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
-
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
Requirement:
-
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Knowledge in Mandarin would be added advantage

At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields is required for this position

Required Skill(s):Individual with a strong passion for sales; self-motivated and self-directed; the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines; hardworking and eager to earn money through sales

Must possess with own transport & valid driving license

Convenience location – Closed to Public Transport (LRT & KTM Subang Jaya)

Others benefit ; Commission, Car allowance and phone allowance
Remuneration Package:
-
Basic salary – RM 2000 to RM 2500
-
On target Commission – RM 4000 per month

Petrol card- RM 300 per month
